Roast week opens Monday. Later orders push to the next week — we don't hold stale.
- 02We roast Monday morning
3kg Giesen roaster, two batches per profile. Cupped Monday afternoon.
- 03We bag + ship Tuesday
Degassing valves, nitrogen flush. USPS Priority coast-to-coast.
- 04You open Thursday
Rest the bag 24–48 hours for espresso, brew straight for filter.
