Olive & Ember has been cooking seasonal, wood-fired food in our corner of the Plateau since 2011. Reservations open 30 days out.

Our story

Built around
one hearth.

Olive & Ember started in 2011 when chef Anna Parisi took over a former auto-body shop on Franklin Avenue, knocked down two walls, and put in a single wood-burning hearth. Everything on the menu either starts or ends at that fire.

Anna's partner, Tomas, runs the wine list — small producers, mostly Italian, all under $90. The rest is a small team who have been here for years and treat the dining room like their own.
