How it works

Four steps from the couch to the keys.

01
Book online or from the dock

Pick a boat, a day, and a start time. Pay a 25% hold — we charge the rest at the dock.

02
Roll in, ten minutes early

We walk the boat with you, run the controls, and cover the no-wake zones and the shoals on the back bay.

03
Out on the water

You've got the boat until your return time. Fuel is topped off on return at cost — no surprise refuel fee.

04
Beach it and go

Hand the keys back, grab a fudgsicle from the cooler, walk the dock back to the truck. That's it.

What's in the boat

The basics, handled.
No nickel-and-dime.

Every rental goes out fully fuelled, fully equipped, and briefed. First tank of gas is on us; refuel at cost on the way in.

If you want a tube, a wakeboard, or a cooler packed with lunch from the Copper Lake Diner, ask at check-in — we'll build it into the pickup.

  • Coast-Guard-approved PFDs in every size
  • Safety briefing and on-water orientation
  • Chart of the lake with shoals marked
  • Bluetooth aux cable + phone dry-bag
  • Cooler with ice (pontoons only)
  • First tank of gas on the house
Before you ask

Four questions we get every week.

Do I need a boating license?

In our province yes — anyone operating a motorized boat needs a Pleasure Craft Operator Card. We'll verify yours at check-in. Paddle craft and SUPs don't need one.

What happens if the weather's bad?

If we cancel for weather, you pick a new date or get a full refund — your call. If you cancel for weather on a blue-sky day, we'll still work with you. We're not trying to hold a grudge.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes on pontoons, no on jet skis, and only good-swimmer dogs on paddle craft. Bring a towel.

How far from the launch can I go?

Anywhere on Copper Lake. The boat is GPS-tracked for insurance; you'll get a soft reminder if you drift into a neighbouring lake via the channel.

Book a boat

Pick a day. Pick a boat.
We'll hold the dock.

Holds take 25% up front and get confirmed within the hour during dock hours. Weekends in July book out by Wednesday — give yourself a couple days' notice.
